This bachelor thesis is focused on a design of a wooden family house. The structure of object is formed of a wooden frame. The principles and the basic rules for building a house are as well defined in this Thesis. There are also described the basic construction details of the key parts of the object. The object is situated on a real plot. The object will be built on a Crawl-space foundation. Principles, issues and advantages of this type foundation are simply characterized in this Thesis. A technical description of the building and layout plans are part of this bachelor thesis. The whole design of the house is corresponding with ČSN codes.

Návrh dřevěného schodiště do dřevostavby

This bachelor thesis is focused on the selection of the suitable type of interior wooden staircase for the pre-defined area of two storey wooden house. In the introductory part, there is provided a comprehensive overview of wooden houses constructions systems. The frame construction system, which project documentation is part of the thesis, is used for the specific purpose of this thesis. The theoretical part also includes the types of staircases systems including the professional nomenclature. The chosen wooden staircase is subjected to the technical requirements of valid standards and subsequent production documentation. The output of the thesis is the project proposal of staircase supplemented with needed calculations of dimensions and sizes of individual components of chosen wooden staircase. The part of the thesis is final production documentation with financial calculation.
